Tunbridge Church

The Tunbridge Church services are held in the Congregational building next to the Town Office building. The location changes to the Methodist building in South Tunbridge in July and the Baptist building in North Tunbridge in August.

Worship services feature familiar hymns, special music, and a message reflecting historic Christian belief.

ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARDSHIP GROUP
An informal group has formed to seek ways the Tunbridge Church can be a good (or better) steward of our environment, using God’s world around us in a thoughtful way. Other topics included programmable thermostats, becoming a center to recycle compact fluorescent bulbs (CFLs), and simple ways to increase the energy efficiency of the Parish House.

The group usually meets on the third Sunday of the month at the Parish House immediately after worship.

The group has also set up a website to exchange ideas and post documents and links. Go to http://sites.google.com/site/tunbridgechurch/home to see what we’re thinking and talking about.
