Tunbridge Better Bones Exercise Programs

The Better Bones Exercise Program was formed in the summer of 2005, and is recognized by the Tunbridge Selectboard as a nonprofit group, and while it is under the Tunbridge Recreation Department, it is a separate organization.

Participants attend classes upstairs in the Town Hall twice weekly, free of charge. You may attend two (2) classes per week with at least a day in between. Weights are provided for use on-site, and classes are primarily balance and weight-bearing exercises along with informational handouts on osteoporosis, nutrition, medical options, etc.

For more information, contact the program’s director, Shelia Mitchinson, at (802) 889-5547.
