The Upper Valley Business and Education Partnership invites the community to attend an Everybody Wins! event at Tunbridge Central School on Wednesday, March 3 from 6:00 – 7:30pm. Following a potluck dinner, storyteller Simon Brooks will make stories from around the world come alive. The event is suitable for all ages. RSVP to Elaine Howe at 889-3310. 58th Annual Tunbridge Civic Club Show

Chili Supper Fundraiser for Recreation Department

Saturday, January 23, the Tunbridge Recreation Depatment is organizing a chili supper fundraiser at the school. Seatings are at 5:30 and 6:30. $7/adults and $5/children. Chili, salad, cornbread, drinks, dessert. Hopefully it’ll be cold enough and we can ice skate too. Hope you can make it.

Help Set up the Ice Skating Rink

SATURDAY, DEC. 12, 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. at the soccer field behind Tunbridge Central School. Please bring a cordless drill/driver with “square drive” and “Phillips bits”, a hammer (Sledge/Maul), rags or old towels for liner cleaning and repair. Don’t forget to wear warm clothes and gloves. Students take note … this is Community Service!

Rising Farmers Potluck and Live Concert

15 Years of New Acadia Farm Celebration

Please come to a special occasion concert celebrating Robin Russell’s 15 years on Whitney Hill, a beautiful and magical landscape. Pete and Jeremiah have often been featured artists here at New Acadia Farm, and I personally consider them part of the landscape. They’ve performed here since 1998 for contradances, house concerts, teaching workshops, weddings and camp weekends. Christopher Schoelen and Caitlin Jacobs will be opening for them as the first debut performance of this young folk duo. An open jam will follow the featured concert. So please do bring along your instruments. I hope to see you!

The Shugarmakers with play the Shindig this Saturday, November 7th (8 – 11pm) at the Tunbridge Town Hall.

Cover charge: $8 and $4 for seniors (65+) and kids (12-). Season Passes are available at the door – one last time. $48. for 7 Shindigs. To purchase your tickets online, visit www.shindigsvt.com.
